Clean Channel — We Do Not Compete with You

This is the business principle that overrides everything else for our resellers: We do not acquire end customers against you. When you introduce a Carbonio prospect to us, they remain your customer — in five years' time as well. We do not take commissions for "referrals" and we will not suddenly appear in your customer's inbox with a sales pitch.

Customers who come to us directly stay with us — customers who come through you belong in your book. We maintain this separation not out of courtesy, but because a clean channel is the foundation of any lasting partnership.

2nd-Level Support — You Support Your Customers, We Support You

Your strength is the direct relationship with the customer: you know their mail rules, their identity provider, their quirks. Our strength is the Carbonio internals: mail routing at the Postfix level, ZAL components, indexing issues, migration edge cases. With a 2nd-level support contract, we take over precisely the cases that go beyond your standard helpdesk scope — discreetly, under your name, with documented response times.

This has two consequences: first, you do not need to maintain a dedicated Carbonio specialist or send staff to specialist training. Second, your customer retains the feeling that their familiar contact is handling the issue — which they are, just with our help in the background. We do not appear to the end customer unless you explicitly wish it.

What we expect from you

You are the face to the customer. 1st-level support, onboarding and user communication run through you.
Clean reporting on escalated tickets — we can only help when we know the current state.
Fair treatment of the end-customer relationship: we do not acquire against you, you nurture the customer for long-term retention.
Willingness to set up a joint lessons-learned session once a year — both sides benefit.

International Distribution

As Germany's sole Carbonio distributor, we also handle ad-hoc distribution into countries without a local Carbonio partner on behalf of Zextras.
